I get the impression you don't actually know what the term straw man means; look it up, you are misusing it.

It is exactly the same thing as getting into a car. It boils down to a cost/benefit analysis, the cost being the risk of harm and the nature of the harm should it occur. You should know every time you get into a car that you are risking your life; I would hope that those who engage in sexual relationships know the risks involved there as well.
