Of these instances only one bears any resemblance to a bl relationship. The men involved in the other two cases appear to be child molesters whom we all (I hope) have very little in common with. I don't believe there is anything of value for us in the stories of Tom Perry or Mark Payge any more than there would be something of value to a straight person in studying the behavior of a rapist of adult women.

As for the remaining story, that does certainly make one wonder what the man felt was going on. Keeping a photograph of him is very telling and what people describe as "grooming behavior" is what BL's describe as a relationship. Thus, it's quite possible that this man was in love when these things occurred.
