Christian Boylove Forum

My own thoughts.

You will rarely, if ever, get a person to admit to it, fearing that society would lable them abnormal. But any shrink can tell you that most of society has at one time or another experienced attraction or at the very least, curiousity about some one of the same sex. Can you honestly look back at your years in school and say that you never even snuck a peek in the locker room at some one else just to perhaps compare yours and theirs. At some point we've all been curiouse. God made us this way. Most grow out of it. Some don't. I'll come right out and say it, I am both a christian and a boy lover. No I've never acted on this. As a boy lover, I'd be lying if I said I never considered it. But as a christian, I asure you I'd never act on these thoughts or encourage them for that matter. Let me explain, and please forgive me for being long winded, but I want this to come out just in the way it's intended. Now, I've read the majority of this forum, and I've related to many of your experiences of regret, pride, loathing, and shame. As some one who knows the Bible well, let me assure you that Jesus is very protective of children, and that they are very special to Him, as I'm sure they are to most of you. So you need not feel shame for caring about children. How ever, Jesus also tells us that we are to be careful not to mislead any of his children. Which is why I'm trying to be very careful of how I word this. It IS good to care for children, and it DOES take a village to raise a child. BUT...be careful that your feelings don't mislead you. Any one that knows the Bible, any one that has ever heard of the signs of the apocolypse would have a hard time arguing that Jesus must be fastly returning. History is living proof of this. I can not stress this enough. Do not be ashamed of your feelings. Do not blame yourself for these feelings. Do not encourage and definately do not act on these feeling. As I interpret the Bible(and mind you this is not scripture but my understanding of it) that it is not a sin to have these feelings, but that is is a sin to encourage or to act on them. In other words; The first look is on the house, but the second one will cost you. I don't believe that we are going to hell for having these feelings, but if we encourage them in ourselves, then we have more than just the law to worry about. Please keep in mind that right now there are so many things going through my mind, so many things I would like to elaborate on, and only so much room to condense it all into. Please respond with your own oppinions, comments, and even your arguements, for the entire purpose of this site is after all sharing and growing. And if you so choose, you can write me out side of prying eyes at hyper173@hotmail.com. Thank you and may our Lord Jesus bless you all.

TWO DIVISIONS OF SOCIETY
BY: LEO TOLSTOI
There are two methods of human activity-and according to which one of these two kinds of activity people mainly follow, are there two kinds of people: One use their reason to learn what is good and what is bad and they act according to this knowledge; the other act as they want to and then they use their reason to prove that that which they did was good and that that which they didn't do was bad.
